You may send materials/equipment to MicroSourcing for your staff. Items may be sent via courier service or purchased directly from the supplier.
- Coordinate with your Operations POC prior to shipment
- Prepare the following documents
- Commercial or Proforma invoice
- Product Specifications, Brochure with Photo
- Airway bill or packing list
- Identify the items/equipment
- Laptops, mobile phones, servers, routers or any equipment that has a communication feature will require a permit from our National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
- Note that processing of the NTC permit will take about 30 business days. Complete documents as outlined in #1 are required for us to process the request for the NTC permit.
- Proceed to Shipping
- Indicate the correct Consignee Name and Address.

- Only use the above address. Our 1880 office address is the one registered in and accredited by Customs/Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) for imports. We will care on delivering the items to other MicroSourcing sites within Metro Manila. Your Account Manager will send you an email to confirm that the items have been received.
- Incorrect consignee details or if any other name and address are indicated may cause a delay on the release of the items. Penalty fees apply for delays in accordance with the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act of the Philippines (CMTA).
Please remember to coordinate with your Account Manager before and after shipment. We will work with our Finance Team to make sure that your items are delivered as scheduled and intended.
