      What is MicroSourcing’s pre-employment check process?

      1. Medical Exam:
        • Pre-employment medicals are important for the safety and health of our workforce. To ensure that the identified candidate is capable of performing the job assigned to them, Microsourcing will endorse the identified candidate to our partner clinics to undergo the medical exam. It consists of 4 major assessments – x-ray, blood test, physical exam and urinalysis. Once completed, the exam results will be available within 24 to 72 hours.
      2. Reference Check
        • Microsourcing will contact at 2-3 references from previous employment. References will consist of one direct superior of the candidate (most recent), one co-worker of the candidate (most recent) and one direct superior or co-worker from previous employment other than the most recent.
        • Microsourcing will ask these references regarding the candidate's performance, work ethic and professional attributes.
      3. Employment Verification
        • Microsourcing will contact the HR departments of candidate's 2 previous employment, starting from most recent, within the last 5 years. We will verify employment details such as employment dates, position and rehireability.
        • In case of challenges with the response and turnaround, we will require a candidate to submit Certificate of Employment (COEs) from his previous employers while waiting for the response from HR department/s.
      4. Submission of Pre-employment Documents
        • For criminal check, the candidate has to submit either:
          1. NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) clearance (government-issued)
          2. Barangay clearance and Police clearance (government-issued)
        • For educational check compliance, the candidate has to submit either of the following:
          1. College Diploma
          2. Transcript of Records
        • When applicable, professional license is verified through (i.e. CPA, Lawis verifiedyer, Engineers, Nurses etc.) submission of candidate's PRC ID (government-issued).

      Note: If additional checks are required, our clients can avail of our Ala Carte Services (via 3rd party vendor). These are available per client request for a fee. Our vendors can do the following checks.

      • Credit Check (loans, telco, utilities, etc)
      • International/Local Educational Check
      • International/Local Employment Verification Check
      • Residential Check
