What is MicroStatus?

MicroStatus is the online tool where employees can log their attendance and submit their requests or report incidents to different departments and monitor the status of their requests. Your Account Manager should provide you with your login credentials in the system within 30 days after your account has gone live or introduction as the account POC.

Keeps records of the following:

  • Employee attendance
  • PTO credits
  • Payslips

Gives employees access to the following:

  • Employee Handbook
  • Company and client-specific memos/policies
  • Announcements

Gives clients access to the following:

  • Client Manual
  • Client Survey
  • Employee attendance records
  • Conference room reservation
  • Tickets submitted by the team to the different departments
  • Quality and InfoSec documents

Through your MicroStatus access, you will able to have access to your team’s information under the Manpower tab:

  • View list of team members
  • View the team’s compliance in acknowledging the communications sent to them by MicroSourcing
  • View the team’s attendance real time and for the month
  • View list of team members on shift and their schedule

In the Tools tab, you have access to the following:

  • Should you need a conference room during your visit, you may book it through this section or ask for the assistance of your POC
  • View tickets submitted by the team to the MicroSourcing departments
  • Access the MicroSourcing client survey
