What’s a typical first day for my staff/team at MicroSourcing?

A typical first day includes the following activities:

Staff/Team Orientation: This involves discussion of previously established KPIs, reporting structure, etc.; reminder on basic company policies, house rules and established account-specific policies and practices.

Site Tour: Tour around the office to help the staff become more familiar with MS facilities, etc.

The staff/team orientation and site tour will be facilitated by your Account Manager and will take about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Endorsement for Client Training: Your Account Manager will endorse your staff/team for the job-specific/account training.
